SBR-30 (Industrial)

Low-NOx Burner

 

  • Available to <30 ppm NOx without FGR
  • ~3% O2 across a wide load range
  • Up to 10:1 turndown ratio when firing gas
  • Can fire #2 fuel oil as backup fuel


The SBR-30 series burner, capable of less than 30 ppm NOx emissions without FGR, offers natural gas fuel option from 16.8 to 54.6 MMBTU/hr. Burner model sizes range from 400-700 BHP as a traditional jet style burner and 800-1300 BHP with a fan over design.

D Series (Industrial)

Forced Draft Burner

 

  • 3.4 to 42.0 MMBTU input range
  • 80 to 1,000 HP
  • Gas and #2-#6 oil, combination, alt. fuels
  • Available as LND down to < 30 ppm NOx
  • Available as NTD down to < 9 ppm NOx

The D series forced draft design allows for trouble-free and superior efficiency across a wide range of applications.

XL Series (INDUSTRIAL)

Large, Forced Draft Burner

 

  • 37.8 to 92.4 MMBTU/hr input range
  • 900 to 2,200 HP
  • Gas, oil, combination
  • Available as LNXL down to <30 ppm NOx
  • Available as NTXL down to <9 ppm NOx

The XL series burner feature a unique and precise air-metering system which permits accurate air-to-fuel settings for maximum combustion efficiency.

SBR-5 Burner (INDUSTRIAL)

Ultra Low-NOx Burner

  

  • Available to <5 ppm NOx with FGR
  • ~3% O2 across a wide load range
  • Up to 6:1 turndown ratio when firing gas
  • Dual fuel capability
  • Fuel switch over without mechanical adjustments

The SBR-5 series burner, capable of less than 5 ppm NOx emissions with FGR, offers: natural gas fuel option from 10.5 to 42 MMBTU/hr.

The superior burner technology in the SBR-5 gives it a 1% efficiency advantage over competitors as well as ultra-low NOx combustion. The SBR-5 attains <5 ppm NOx with flue gas recirculation (FGR).

S1 Series (INDUSTRIAL)

Forced Draft Burner

  • 1,100 to 1,500 HP
  • Gas, #2/#6 oil and combination
  • Available to <30 PPM NOx

The S1 series burners use a true forced-draft design to deliver rated capacities against a wide range of furnace pressures.

MTH Series (INDUSTRIAL)

Ultra Low-NOx Burner

 

  • 2.5 to 63 MMBTU/hr
  • 60 to 1,500 HP
  • Natural gas or propane
  • Low NOx achieved without FGR

The MTH burner is designed for process heating applications such as thermal fluid systems and hot oil heating.

NT Burner (INDUSTRIAL)

Ultra Low-NOx Burner

 

  • 1.5 to 92.4 MMBTU/HR input range
  • 36 to 2,200 boiler HP
  • Gas, #2 oil and combination
  • Available to <9 ppm NOx

The NT series is an Ultra-Low NOx performing burner series capable of sub 9ppm NOx without complicated surface combustion mesh. Available as gas only or dual fuel.

E Series (Commercial)

High-efficiency burner

 

  • 16.8 to 42.0 MMBTU/hr input range
  • 400 to 1,000 BHP
  • Gas, #2 oil and combination
  • Available to <30 ppm NOx

E series burners provide increased boiler efficiency reducing on/off cycling. Utilizing a low pressure drop firing head design and low blower motor horsepower requirement, it also saves electrical energy.  To maximize your boilers efficiency, the E-burner utilizes dual gas manifold and pressure air oil atomization to ensure high turndown on both fuels.

M Series (Commercial)

Duel Fuel Burner

 

  • 1.4 to 10.5 MMBTU/HR
  • Gas, light and heavy oil fuels
  • Low-pressure air atomizing system on oil with rotary vane compressor
  • Lower gas supply pressure configurations available for New York City requirements
  • Full modulation

The Industrial Combustion M series burner forced draft design allows for tried and true trouble-free operation and superior efficiency on boiler, heater, furnace, kiln and dryer applications worldwide.

V Series (Commercial)

Forced Draft, Dual-Fuel Burner

  

  • 1.3 to 16.8 MMBTU/hr

  • Available to <30 ppm NOx

The V series burners boast an aerodynamic air-damper design which permits accurate air-to-fuel settings for maximum combustion efficiency.

Q Series (Commercial)
